MISS AUSTIN TEXAS PAGEANT
INFORMATION
The 2011 MISS AUSTIN TEXAS/MISS
AUSTIN TEXAS TEEN pageants, formally the Miss Austin
USA and Miss Austin Teen USA pageants,
are now selecting delegates to participate in this outstanding
local pageant. We continue to be the great pageant we have been
for the past 20 years.
After being a local USA director for 20 years, the Miss Austin
Texas director, Betty Warner is now an Official Recruiter for
Miss Texas USA®
& Miss Texas Teen USA®.
She continues to follow the same guidelines and rules she has
always followed and the
Austin pageant remains an excellent learning experience and
high class production
You can become a contestant!
If you are single (never married/never given birth
to a child), a United States citizen, between the ages of
13 -26 and a resident or a student in the large Central Texas
Area,
We invite you to APPLY TODAY!
Starr Productions has had two state winners, numerous
finalists and semi finalists at Miss Texas USA and Miss Texas
Teen USA plus, a Miss USA.
They all participated in the Austin pageant prior to
entering the state pageant. They were completely prepared
when they went to state, plus as a contestant in the Miss Austin
pageant, they won their entry fee plus numerous prizes to help
cover their trip to the state pageant, which was certainly beneficial!!!
Our pageant is designed to be an excellent
vehicle for advancing your career, personal goals and pageant
dreams.
We provide excellent training and have extremely educational
workshops which help contestants prepare for pageants and for
life!!
The entry fee covers all the training, including training for
the state pageant for any Austin contestants who choose to participate
at the state level.
It is extremely beneficial for all contestants to compete in
a local pageant before entering a state pageant.
99 % to 100% of the fifteen to
twenty semi finalists at the state pageant have competed in
a local pageant prior to entering the state pageant.
The 2011 MISS AUSTIN TEXAS/ MISS AUSTIN TEXAS TEEN event
will be held at the beautiful Hays County Performing Art Center,
February 19, 2011. This could prove to be one of the most exciting
weekends of your life, for you, your
family and friends!
As a delegate, you will be judged in three equal categories
consisting of Personal Interview, Swimsuit, and Evening Gown.
Performing a talent is not a requirement.
To become a delegate in this event, you need to follow these
directions carefully:
Download and complete the Application form and Affidavit. It
must be typed or hand printed legibly.
Select a recent snapshot. Mark the back with your name. This
will not be returned and need not be a professional photo.
Mail the above items and the $200 entry fee to the address below.
Once we have received your official forms and snapshot, you
will become an official contestant in the 2011 pageant and receive
a detailed handbook,
more paperwork and information.
Contestants are accepted on a first come basis and the number
of contestants is limited.
The Deadline to sign up is December 31, 2010 or earlier if the
contestant number is reached. Get your application and entry
fee in immediately!!!

Age Limits:
Miss: February 1, 2011, you must be at least 17 and under 26
years old.
Teen: February 1, 2011, you must be at least 13 and under 18
years old
