Betty Warner has 29 years of experience in the world of pageantry. She first took on the challenge of being the Director of the Miss Round Rock Scholarship Pageant. Then after seven years, the Miss Round Rock winners were given the opportunity to compete in the most prestigious pageant system in the world....Miss USA®/Miss Universe®/Miss Teen USA®. After directing and producing the Miss Round Rock USA and then Miss Williamson County USA pageants for 6 years. In 1997, Betty was asked to become the Director of the Miss Austin USA/Miss Austin Teen USA pageants, which she has produced and directed for the past eleven years. Due to a directive from the Miss Universe Organization, local pageants may no longer use USA in their titles, but will contintue to follow the same guidelines
In 2009 she began producing and directing the Miss Austin Texas and Miss Austin Texas Teen Pageants and
became An Official Recruiter for Miss Texas USA® and Miss Texas Teen USA®

Betty has helped many young women advance to both the semi-finals and finals at Miss Texas Teen USA® and Miss Texas USA®.
In 2000, Betty's dream was recognized at the 2001 Miss Texas USA® pageant when Miss Austin USA, Kandace Krueger won!!

Her proudest accomplishment is Kandace Krueger,
MISS TEXAS USA®, MISS USA® and
second runner up to MISS UNIVERSE®!.

She had another dream come true in November of 2005
when Raevan Valadez, Miss Austin Teen USA 2005 won the title of
MISS TEXAS TEEN USA® 2006!!!

In addition, Betty is known for expecting her contestants to be friendly, helpful, humble, compassionate and outgoing. She wants her contestants to have a positive, learning experience, meet new friends and have fun!! She has had six Miss Congeniality winners.
Out of all of Betty’s many accomplishments, she is also proud of the fact that many of the girls who have competed in her pageants in the past are now on the pageant committee, helping more girls seek their and realize their dream.
Betty has a loyal committee that helps produce an outstanding pageant and production.

25 YEARS OF WONDERFUL MEMORIES I was escorted on stage by my son in law, Doug and grandson, Jake, as a surprise slide show was presented, showing pictures of me and my beauties from the past 25 years. Thank you Lucy and Matt Guinn!!! Sweet Kandace presented me with a fantastic scrapbook with a full pages of pictures and notes from contestants and committee members. It is an awesome book I will cherish forever, especially since Kandace made it and my beauties and committe contributed to it!! I was brought to tears by the standing ovation and the love I received. It is wonderful being recognized for doing something you thoroughly enjoy. I have gotten to know so many beautiful girls and their families and have so many awesome people on the committee. We truly are a big family who cares about each other. I am looking forward to many more years of directing and meeting more wonderful young women! With All My Love, Betty
